My Order

How can I track my order status?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your Order #. Once we ship, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
What is the minimum When will my payment be charged?shelf life of your ice creams?
We charge your card (or other payment method) only after your order is confirmed and you receive the payment confirmation email.
I haven’t received my order confirmation—what do I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email hello@innofus.com or use our live chat with your name and date of purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. Email hello@innofus.com or call +91 9560927082 with your Order #. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and fees?
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹599 (India-wide).
• Shipping Fee will be chargedfor orders under ₹599—rates calculated at checkout.
• Express and same-day options available in select cities—rates calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
• Standard: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express: 1–2 business days (wherever available).
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—currently we ship only within India.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please record a video of unboxing the contents for quick resolution. See our full Return & Refund Policy here.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order on arrival. Report any damage, defects, or wrong items to hello@innofus.com within 48 hours, with unboxing video proof and your Order #. We’ll make it right.

Products

How are InnoFus blends crafted and packaged?
Every blend combines handpicked herbs, flowers, fruits, and adaptogens. We vacuum-seal each pouch to lock in freshness, aroma, and potency.
Can I try a sample before committing to a full pouch?
Yes—our Ritual Sampler Pack (The Ritual Collection) lets you taste Energy, Calm, and Sleep blends in single-serve sachets. Available under “Shop → The Ritual Collection.”
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each sealed pouch stays fresh for up to 18 months. After opening, we recommend using the contents within 90 days.
Are your infusions caffeine-free?
Most of our blends are naturally caffeine-free or low-caffeine. Each product page notes its caffeine content.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you:
• View past orders
• Save shipping addresses
• Manage subscriptions
• Collect and redeem ‘Fuse Points’ (our loyalty program)
