You’ll Need:                                                                                                            

• 1 cup brewed Rise & Flow Tea
• 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup                                            
• Juice of 1/2 orange                                                 
• 1/4 cup sparkling water or tonic water                                                     
• Ice cubes                                                      
• Orange slice and edible flower for garnish                                       

Method:

1. Brew your Rise & Flow Tea and let it cool completely.                                    
2. Combine the tea, honey, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice.                                   
3. Strain the mixture into a glass over ice.                                      
4. Top with sparkling water or tonic water for a refreshing fizz.                                      
5. Garnish with an orange slice and an edible flower to elevate the visual appeal.
