4My Order
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email with your Order number. Once we ship, you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
We charge your card or other payment method only after your order is confirmed and you receive the payment confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, email hello@innofus.com or use our live chat with your name and date of purchase.
You can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Email hello@innofus.com or call +91 95609 92782 with your Order number. Once your order is dispatched we cannot modify or cancel it.
3Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 599, anywhere in India. Orders under Rs. 599 carry a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Express and same-day delivery are available in select cities, also calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days where available.

2Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please record an unboxing video, it makes resolution much faster. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Inspect your order on arrival. Report any damage, defects or incorrect items to hello@innofus.com within 48 hours, along with an unboxing video and your Order number. We will sort it out promptly.

Every blend combines handpicked herbs, flowers, fruits and adaptogens. We vacuum-seal each pouch to preserve freshness, aroma and potency.
Yes. Our Ritual Sampler Pack, The Ritual Collection, includes single-serve sachets of our Energy, Calm and Sleep blends. Find it under Shop, then The Ritual Collection.
Each sealed pouch stays fresh for up to 18 months. Once opened, we recommend finishing it within 90 days.
Most of our blends are naturally caffeine-free or low in caffeine. Every product page states its caffeine level clearly.

No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view past orders, save shipping addresses, manage subscriptions, and collect and redeem Fuse Points through our loyalty programme.
