Moon Drop

You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup brewed Rest & Slow Tea
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to your preference)                        
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon                                      
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda                                       
  • Ice cubes                                                                                          
  • Fresh lavender sprig or edible flower for garnish                                              

Method:

  1. Brew your Rest & Slow tea and allow it to cool completely.                                        
  2. Mix the tea, honey, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.                                              
  3. Strain into a glass over ice.                                               
  4. Top with sparkling water or soda for a fizzy finish.                                           
  5. Garnish with a lavender sprig or edible flower for that elegant touch.

If you'd like to elevate this into a cocktail, you can add a splash of gin or vodka— something subtle that complements the floral notes rather than overpowering them
