You’ll Need:
- 1 cup brewed Rest & Slow Tea
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to your preference)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprig or edible flower for garnish
Method:
- Brew your Rest & Slow tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Mix the tea, honey, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water or soda for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with a lavender sprig or edible flower for that elegant touch.
