You’ll need:
- 1 cup brewed Immuni-Bloom Tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for natural sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (for an extra immunity boost)
- 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and a cinnamon stick for garnish
Method:
- Brew the Immuni-Bloom Tea and let it cool completely to retain its subtle flavours.
- Combine the tea, pineapple juice, honey, and grated ginger in a shaker with ice. Mix well.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Add a splash of sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cinnamon stick to give it an exotic and cozy feel.

A touch of spiced rum or tequila reposado would pair wonderfully, complementing the warmth of cinnamon and ginger while enhancing the tropical pineapple notes.
