Pine & Shine

You’ll need:                                                                        

  • 1 cup brewed Immuni-Bloom Tea (cooled)                    
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice                                                                    
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for natural sweetness)                                  
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (for an extra immunity boost)
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda                                       
  • Ice cubes                  
  • Pineapple wedge and a cinnamon stick for garnish                       

Method:       

  1. Brew the Immuni-Bloom Tea and let it cool completely to retain its subtle flavours.
  2. Combine the tea, pineapple juice, honey, and grated ginger in a shaker with ice. Mix well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.                          
  4. Add a splash of sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.                           
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cinnamon stick to give it an exotic and cozy feel.                                                                        

🍸 Cocktail Version 🍸

A touch of spiced rum or tequila reposado would pair wonderfully, complementing the warmth of cinnamon and ginger while enhancing the tropical pineapple notes.
