Hooked to Rest & Slow. Me and my husband both consume one cup every night + the colour is lovely and smells amazing.

One to start.
One to stop.
Rise & Flow handles the morning with medium-caffeine black tea. Rest & Slow closes the day caffeine-free.
Bagged tea is
mostly leftovers.
Loose leaf is the purest form of tea. Full, unbroken leaves that keep their essential oils, nutrients and complex flavour.
Mass-produced tea leans on dust and fannings, the lowest grade of tea particle, swept up after the good leaf has gone. Loose leaf gives you a true infusion instead: rich, aromatic and actually therapeutic.

WHY LOOSE LEAF WINS
- Maximum potency. Full leaves mean richer phytonutrients and stronger benefits.
- Sensory ritual. See it, smell it, touch it. Brewing becomes mindful me-time.
- Cleaner brew. No glue, no microplastics, no filter residue. Just leaf to cup.
- Re-steep ready. Most loose leaves brew 2 to 3 times with flavour and function intact.
- Zero-waste friendly. No disposables, no packaging waste. Go minimalist or refill.
- Sip, toss, guilt-free. Compostable and planet-friendly.
A rhythm, not
just two teas.
Most people already have a morning drink and an evening one. This replaces both with something that does more than fill a mug.
Gentle morning lift
Black tea caffeine with L-theanine, studied for attention and alertness without the jitters.
Evening wind-down
Chamomile and lavender, both with clinical research behind their calming reputation.
Zero caffeine at night
Rest & Slow is completely caffeine-free, so it will not undercut the sleep it is meant to support.
Antioxidants either end
Polyphenols in the black tea, anthocyanins in the blue pea.
THE HONEST BIT
We are all about elevated daily rituals, and loose leaf is the slow pour of tea. Intentional, indulgent and undeniably effective. When you slow down, your tea shows up better.
We are here to give you that extra edge, but real wellness still starts with the basics: nourishing food, regular movement and quality sleep. Think of Innofus as your daily companion in building sustainable habits. Not a quick fix, a ritual that supports the lifestyle you are working towards.

Everything you asked

It pairs Rise & Flow, a medium-caffeine floral black tea for mornings, with Rest & Slow, a caffeine-free floral herbal blend for the hour before bed.
They bookend a day. One gives a gentle lift without a coffee-style spike, the other helps you wind down without caffeine working against you.
No, it is completely caffeine-free, which is exactly why it works at night.
Yes, a medium amount from its black tea base. Brewed black tea generally sits well below coffee, so it tends to feel smoother.
Rise & Flow is floral, softly fruity and rounded, with malty black tea, rose, jasmine and honeyed vanilla. Rest & Slow is floral, mellow and creamy.
It may help you relax and improve sleep quality, but it is not a proven treatment for insomnia. Think wind-down tea, not sleep aid.
Rise & Flow wants 90 to 100°C, Rest & Slow wants 80 to 95°C, both for 3 to 5 minutes in an infuser or teapot. Both cold brew well too. Each scoop re-steeps 2 to 3 times.
Each blend arrives as its own 60 g premium tin of loose leaf. Since every scoop re-steeps 2 to 3 times, you get 50 or more cups per tin, which works out at roughly 20 to 30 days per blend at a cup a day.
Yes, all our blends work as a tea base. Brew strong, chill, and mix with citrus, soda, tonic or fruit. Our favourite recipes are in the ritual guide inside each box and on our website.
Yes. Loose leaf means no bag at all, so no glue, no nylon mesh and no microplastics. The tins are airtight, durable and made to be reused long after the tea is gone.
Yes. You get every blend at full size for less than the combined individual price, and each box arrives presentation-ready, so it works as a gift too.
Herbal does not automatically mean suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, caffeine-sensitive, on medication, or managing a health condition, check with a healthcare professional before drinking any of these blends regularly.
